Rebuilt power steering gear box for 1972-80 Scout II, Traveler, Terra and SSII.

Part no: 481582C91 - Chassis built prior to 08-18-78

Part no: 500122C91 - Chassis built after 08-18-78

Part no: 507992C91 - KGD (1980) Chassis - w/ o-ring style hose fitting 

Generally, the earlier Scout II gear boxes had a 13/16" input shaft prior to 08-18-78 production date.

Chassis built from 08-18-78 had 3/4" input shafts, and 1980 model year (KGD chassis) gear boxes had the 1980-specific o-ring style hose and fittings.

As your original gear box may have changed, please confirm which setup you have prior to ordering.

A $300 core charge applies to each order and must be selected to complete your order. Core charges will be refunded upon receipt of a re-buildable core.
