Shipping & Returns

PLEASE NOTE: Due to overwhelming demand during peak shipping times (i.e. the Holiday Season), FedEx, UPS and USPS have indicated that their delivery timescales may fall outside of their usual quoted delivery timelines. This means that once your package leaves our facility it may encounter delays outside of our control and may impact the final delivery date(s). Please take this into account when making your shipping selections. We cannot be responsible for delays encountered after your package has left our facility.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Refunds are not allowed on Special order or electrical parts.

ALL RETURNS are subject to a 30% restocking fee. We do not accept returns after 30 days. All returns must be authorized. Any problems with an order must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

You should expect to receive any refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


We leverage our central US midwest location to get our customers the best shipping rates possible. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Others shipping options are available and may be used based on the specifics of your order. If you'd like to receive a specific quote, please call us. Depending on the shipping option you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. A NOTE ON SHIPPING RATES: If you have questions regarding shipping rates, or would like quotes from other shippers (i.e. the US Postal Service), please give us a call and we'll be happy to quote additional options for your order.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We reserve the right to make changes to carriers based on the timing of an order as long as it does not impact the requested delivery timeframe or add additional cost (i.e. UPS has already picked up and we can still ship an order same day with another carrier).

Payment for invoice is due at time of order. Any unpaid balances are in default after 30 days and assessed a 1% fee on the total amount due for each month upaid. Checks returned for insufficient funds will be assessed a $40 return charge.

Acceptance of your invoice constitutes your agreement to indemnify and hold harmless Roedel Brothers, LLC from any and all claims resulting from the customers use of products that Roedel Brothers, LLC distributes or sells which cause damage to the customer, their property or any third party. These terms and conditions are executed in St. Louis County, MO.
